You'll be comfortable to direct and manage agency performance, setting their measurement KPIs and constantly monitoring progress, to ensure they achieve their goals and ROI targets.

You must be fluent in German and English
You must be proficient in either Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus as well as have Fares and Ticketing qualifications
You will be managing your own ticket issuance for both air and Eurostar and will be able to calculate your own reissues
This pace is fast and you must be comfortable working under pressure.
