Remote role - UK based
We're hiring for a brand-new role in a busy international corporate events team. This is a great opportunity potentially for someone at the start of their career who's super organised, tech-savvy, and excited to grow in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
Event Project Associate - What will I be doing ?
- You'll be helping to coordinate corporate events-from meetings to small-scale functions-working closely with colleagues in the US to keep everything running smoothly.
- A big part of the role will also involve helping to improve processes and workflows, so we're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and finding smarter ways of working.
- 50% of your time will be spent in an administrative capacity.
Who this might suit:
- A recent graduate in Event Management, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similar
- Someone who's completed a placement year or internship in events, hotels, or group bookings
- Highly organised, confident with systems, and a natural communicator
- Comfortable working US hours from the UK (2/3pm-9/10pm)
- Ideally you will have used Cvent or Monday.com or Asana but this is not essential
