Senior Travel Consultant (USA Remote)
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join a specialist travel team supporting VIP, entertainment, touring and corporate travellers across the USA.

This is a fully remote role working 10am–6pm US time, ideal for someone who thrives on complex itineraries, enjoys solving challenging travel requests and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Senior Travel Consultant – What will I be doing?

• Managing complex travel arrangements for VIP, entertainment, touring and corporate clients
• Building and booking multi-sector international itineraries
• Handling flights, hotels, rail, ground transportation and other travel services
• Self-ticketing, reissuing and processing refunds
• Constructing complex fares and identifying the most effective routing options
• Applying negotiated fares, special rates and preferred supplier agreements
• Providing a high-touch, personalised service to demanding travellers
• Managing last-minute changes, disruptions and urgent travel requests
• Working closely with colleagues across a global travel operation
• Participating in an out-of-hours support rota as part of the wider team

Senior Travel Consultant – What experience do I need?

• Strong Galileo experience is essential
• Excellent fares knowledge with the ability to build and price complex itineraries
• Proven experience in ticketing, reissues and refunds
• Previous experience working within a TMC, entertainment travel, touring travel or corporate travel environment
• Experience managing high-profile, VIP or demanding clients
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
