This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven and motivated individual, with a genuine ability and desire to sell, to take on the highly rewarding role of Travel Consultant within an impressive, large pan-European travel group.
Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?
On joining the business you will focus on either the Sales or Customer Service function and, once you have completed your initial training, you'll have the ability to work across both areas and provide support during peak periods. On a day-to-day basis you will offer expert advice to customers, helping them to make the best holiday choice, and will manage their expectations throughout the entire process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to learn new skills and who enjoys to research and improve their knowledge continuously. There'll be plenty of training offered, which will allow you to perfect your sales and customer service techniques, use reservations systems effectively, and enhance your general IT skills, so you'll always have the right tools to carry out the role to the best of your ability. The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and you'll be expected to work one Saturday a month. There'll also be the option for hybrid working after the initial training period.
