Technical Administrator - Experience from a DNO, IDNO or ICP essential

You will be working for an independent Utilities Business supporting the commercial and programmer teams to deliver projects in the Electrical Utilities Industry.

Technical Administrator - What will I be doing?

  • General Admin duties of DNO point of connection applications and processing of application returns.
  • Data entry and maintenance of data in systems to support the programme teams.
  • Support the programme Team and the wider Commercial team in the execution of their responsibilities relating to I&C projects.
  • Provision of timely reports and communications.
  • Support development of any applicable procedures.
  • Support programme activities liaising with stakeholders as directed.

Technical Administrator - What experience will I need?

  • You must have previously worked within this industry for a DNO, IDNO or ICP previously - this is essential
  • Electrical Industry new connection experience required
  • You will be highly motivated and an excellent communicator
  • This is a very past faced team so you must be able to multitask and work frequently to tight deadlines

Technical Administrator - Additional Information
This is a hybrid role - you will be required to work in the office in Leatherhead 3 days a week, the rest from home. You will be working with a great team- supportive, hardworking and fun. This business is growing at a tremendous rate so there will be lots of opportunity to progress.

    • You will have a good sense of urgency and be well organised and nothing will be too much trouble for the customer.

    Their office is in London, but they are happy for this person to be based from home if they live too far to commute everyday but being able to come in frequently would be good. The hours are between 08.30 - 6 on a shift basis with half a day at a weekend every other week but this will become less as the team grows. The salary is competitive, 25 days holiday and a lovely supportive team.     We are working with one of the leading Field Sports agencies in the UK who have been established for over 45 years. They have built their reputation by providing outstanding sport, backed up by a highly efficient and personal level of service. They are looking for an Event Co-ordinator to join the team.

    Event Co-ordinator - What will I be doing?

    You will be liaising with clients and internal personnel to ensure all the details of events are arranged efficiently and all aspects of the administrative process regarding the planning and booking of events days are completed.

    This will include all related administration to include issuing invoices, building relationships with suppliers, processing and creating itineraries, applying for permits and much more.

    Event Co-ordinator - What experience do I need?

    It is essential that you have worked with discerning clients previously.
    You will be meticulously organised, have a great sense of urgency and experience of organising events together with the administrative support.

    Event Co-ordinator What else do I need to know?

    This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 but from September - February longer hours are sometimes needed. It is an office-based role. This is a lovely business, and the work is a great challenge and very interesting. This is a unique role.
