Technical Administrator - Experience from a DNO, IDNO or ICP essential

You will be working for an independent Utilities Business supporting the commercial and programmer teams to deliver projects in the Electrical Utilities Industry.

Technical Administrator - What will I be doing?

  • General Admin duties of DNO point of connection applications and processing of application returns.
  • Data entry and maintenance of data in systems to support the programme teams.
  • Support the programme Team and the wider Commercial team in the execution of their responsibilities relating to I&C projects.
  • Provision of timely reports and communications.
  • Support development of any applicable procedures.
  • Support programme activities liaising with stakeholders as directed.

Technical Administrator - What experience will I need?

  • You must have previously worked within this industry for a DNO, IDNO or ICP previously - this is essential
  • Electrical Industry new connection experience required
  • You will be highly motivated and an excellent communicator
  • This is a very past faced team so you must be able to multitask and work frequently to tight deadlines

Technical Administrator - Additional Information
This is a hybrid role - you will be required to work in the office in Leatherhead 3 days a week, the rest from home. You will be working with a great team- supportive, hardworking and fun. This business is growing at a tremendous rate so there will be lots of opportunity to progress.

    Programme Planner

    This is a pivotal role working for a leading business in the Utilities sector where you will be coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure that their proposition for end users is delivered.

    Programme Planner - What will I be doing

    • You will be actively engaged in coordinating activity with key customers and internal teams as this business leads the way to help customers roll-out Electric Vehicle charging points across the country, enabling progress towards net-zero
    • You will capture and record actions from customer and delivery meetings and exchanges
    • You will be comfortable handling high volumes of information/requests/questions and be able to keep track of latest status and who needs to be doing what
    • You will be able to be successful in a multi-disciplined team, with effective communication skills, problem solving skills You will be confident dealing with competing demands for time and attention

    Programme Planner - What experience do I need ?

    • Ideally you will have worked in a similar role within industry, but we will also consider a recent Economics / Science Graduate who is looking for a company that they can start their career with.
    • You will have worked in a fast-paced environment where on-time delivery and attention to detail are important Resilience: you will be able to adapt to changing circumstances and adverse situations whilst remaining calm, reassuring others and maintaining performance
      You are able to lead some tasks in an environment of uncertainty and continual change.
