  • You will be the first point for customers - both the direct public and trade agents, when they are calling or emailing in to enquire about booking cruises.
  • You will be helping them with their enquiry and using your excellent customer service and sales skills to convert this into a booking.

Homeworking German Speaking Cruise Specialist - What experience do I need?

  • It is essential that you are bilingual in English and German
  • You must have outstanding customer service / sales skills - ideally within the travel industry .
  • You will have worked in a target driven, call centre environment previously where you are used to speaking to customers over the phone.
  • It is a fast paced, targeted environment and must be someone who enjoys working in a driven team who has the needs of the customer at the heart of all they do.


Homeworking German Speaking Cruise Specialist - What experience do I need?

The hours are on a shift system between 08.30am - 8pm and you must be able to work across weekends on a rota too. (No later than 6/6.30 on a weekend) There is a host of benefits - private healthcare, good pension, good salary plus commission, Average OTE £23k - £24k but higher earnings achievable, 25 days holiday, career opportunities, discounted cruises.     We are working with one of the leading Field Sports agencies in the UK who have been established for over 45 years. They have built their reputation by providing outstanding sport, backed up by a highly efficient and personal level of service. They are looking for an Event Co-ordinator to join the team.

    Event Co-ordinator - What will I be doing?

    You will be liaising with clients and internal personnel to ensure all the details of events are arranged efficiently and all aspects of the administrative process regarding the planning and booking of events days are completed.

    This will include all related administration to include issuing invoices, building relationships with suppliers, processing and creating itineraries, applying for permits and much more.

    Event Co-ordinator - What experience do I need?

    It is essential that you have worked with discerning clients previously.
    You will be meticulously organised, have a great sense of urgency and experience of organising events together with the administrative support.

    This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 but from September - February longer hours are sometimes needed. It is an office-based role. This is a lovely business, and the work is a great challenge and very interesting. This is a unique role.
