Reservations Coordinator - German Speaking - What will I be doing?
You will be the first point for customers - both the direct public and trade agents, when they are calling or emailing in to enquire about booking cruises.
You will be helping them with their enquiry and using your excellent customer service and sales skills to convert this into a booking.
You will be working to targets and rewarded well when these are reached and exceeded

Reservations Coordinator - German Speaking - What experience do I need?
It is essential that you are bilingual in English and German
You must have outstanding customer service / sales skills - ideally within the travel industry but this is not essential.
You will ideally have worked in a target driven, call centre environment previously where you are used to speaking to customers over the phone.
It is a fast paced, targeted environment and must be someone who enjoys working in a driven team who has the needs of the customer at the heart of all they do.

Reservations Coordinator - German Speaking - Additional Info

The hours are on a shift system between 08.30am - 7pm and you must be able to work across weekends on a rota too. There is a host of benefits - private healthcare, good pension, good salary plus commission, Average OTE £22k - £23k but higher earnings achievable, 25 days holiday, smart, spacious, modern offices, free car parking in the city centre, training, career opportunities, discounted cruises.

    Homeworking German Speaking Live Chat Specialist - What will I be doing?

    • You will be providing customer support to guests who have questions regarding their bookings
    • You will be helping customers with their enquiries and using your excellent customer service skills to ensure their questions are answered and needs met, in a timely manner
    • You will establish and maintain quality relationships with customers and travel partners and have the autonomy to make decisions according to daily priorities
    • You will be researching and resolving general and specific reservation and vacation related enquiries which can include changes, cancellations, payments and more
    • You will use your industry knowledge to make recommendations to customers

    Homeworking German Speaking Live Chat Specialist - What experience do I need?

    • It is essential that you are bilingual in English and German
    • You must have outstanding customer service skills - travel industry experience is preferred
    • You must have excellent written skills and the ability to multi task - live chat, research and note taking at the same time
    • live/web chat experience is preferred but not essential
    • It is a busy environment so you must be someone who enjoys working in a driven team who has the needs of the customer at the heart of all they do
    • You should be able to type 40wmp while providing accurate data entry

    • The working week is 37.5 hours - this will be 5 full days over 7 days and likely 2 weekends per month.
