    Air Operations Executive - What will I be doing ?

    • You will be Issuing all airline tickets incorporating groups, allocations, nett, IT, BT, Cat 35/Cat 25 & published fares as per airline contracts.
    • Understanding and correct interpretation of all fare rules to ensure accurate issuance of all tickets to ensure ADMs are minimised

Groups Flight Manager - What will I be doing ?

  • You will be the first point of contact for their corporate travel clients for all group flight bookings and will manage these relationships.
  • You will be putting together client proposals
  • You will be making group air bookings for between 25 - 250 people
  • there may be times where you have to travel with clients

Groups Flight Manager - What experience do I need ?

  • You must have experience of booking Groups flights on either Amadeus or Galileo
  • we are looking for an exceptional team player who works well collaboratively and gives outstanding service to the clients
  • You must be able to issue flight tickets
  • You are extremely IT savvy - you are competent in using the full range of Microsoft Office products (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word), online meeting tools (E.g., Teams and Slack) as well as web-based sharing tools (E.g., Google Docs)
