This well-loved tour operator is looking for an Inventory Operations Executive to join their friendly, busy team. This is the team that is responsible for maintaining the data, availability and pricing ensuring that everyone's holidays run smoothly.

Inventory - What will I be doing ?

• You will liaise with multiple areas of the business and be responsible for keeping the systems updated with the correct information.
• You will be working with the sales team to speedily resolve any issues and to help convert bookings in a timely manner.
• You will be part of the data loading team and will update inventory records

Inventory Executive - What experience do I need?

• It is important that you have attention to detail - this is a crucial part of the role as what this team inputs effects the wider business and ultimately the customer
• You will be methodical, accurate and numerate and able to use Excel to an intermediate standard
• You will be a good multitasker and a real team player.
• Perhaps you are a recent graduate with some office experience or someone who has done a similar inputting role previously

Inventory Executive - What else do I need to know?

This is a fabulous business to work for - the role is hybrid - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home - the hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30. The salary is £24k plus benefits to include 25 days holiday and discounted holidays, a healthcare cash plan and company pension. Training and career progression are excellent here.
