Sales Support Coordinator – Luxury Travel
Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Are you excited about working in the fast-paced world of luxury travel, catering to high net worth clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Sales Support Coordinator.
Sales Support Coordinator – What will I be doing?
- Overseeing the entire booking process from confirmation to the guest's return home.
- Ensuring prompt invoicing of client balance payments and managing supplier and local management company payments.
- Providing meticulous administrative support to the sales team for accurate bookings.
- Handling travel agency commissions, invoicing, and timely payments.
- Coordinating with the sales team to oversee concierge services and maintain effective communication.
- Managing reservations in Sales Force for precise reporting and analysis.
- Collecting and collating customer feedback, including Net Promoter Scores.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to coordinate client gifting.
- Acting as a liaison between guests and suppliers, providing constant support prior to their stay.
- Contributing to enhancing the customer journey to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Creating and monitoring an out-of-hours emergency rota.
Sales Support Coordinator – What experience do I need?
- Prior experience in the luxury travel industry and working with high net worth individuals, personal assistants, and travel agencies in the UK is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail is second nature to you, and you excel both independently and as part of a team.
- Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- You possess an understanding of the needs of High Net Worth Clients.
- Your customer service and communication skills are superb, both written and verbal.
- Your numerical proficiency and written English skills are excellent.
- You have a proactive approach to planning and problem anticipation.
- Your positive attitude and emotional intelligence enable you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You bring previous experience in a client-facing sales role, delivering exceptional service.
- A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 2.1 classification is preferred.
Sales Support Coordinator – What else do I need to know?
The role is within a luxury travel brand known for its dynamic start-up culture and industry impact. It offers a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days based in the office in Central London and 2-3 days working from home. The working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a wonderful business that fosters career development.
