Our client – a well-known educational tour operator is looking for a French Speaking Operations Administrator to join their team in Surrey. You will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
Part time Tour Operations Administrator – What will I Be doing?
The Operations Administrator will be responsible for creating accurate tour documentation and supporting literature within specified turnaround times.
Populating their bespoke operating system with all necessary data will be a key task.
You will liaise with suppliers to confirm tour details.
You will be creating Sales and operational documentation.
Managing rates and options with suppliers and internal teams
Part time Tour Operations Administrator – What experience do I need?
Ideally you will be fluent in French (not essential but preferred) and have come from a tour operating background with experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages is necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital.
Strong time management and organisational skills are essential.
Worldwide destination knowledge, particularly Europe will be required.
Part time Tour Operations Administrator – What else do I need to know?
This role is a part time office-based role in the Sutton area in Surrey. The position is 18 hours a week and is a fixed term contracat for 9 months. It is a busy fast paced environment, friendly team and a fun interesting product.
