Travel Sales Support and Concierge
Are you an experienced and effective administrator looking for a role in tailor-made luxury travel? We’re recruiting for a very well established luxury travel business in London who have an unrivalled reputation for curating the best travel experiences the world can offer, and their discerning and loyal clients expect only the best. To this end, we’re looking for a confident character to join their dedicated, passionate team. A great working manner, a keen eye for detail, an ability to put their clients at ease, good grace and a sense of humour are all great attributes to bring to the role; alongside an interest in travel, experience in an administrative role and a curiosity to keep on learning.
Sales Support and Concierge – What will I be doing ?
• Providing a concierge service through every step of the client journey
• Liaise directly with customers over the administration and details of their holiday.
• Assist with quotations and itinerary production by the sales team; check availability, provisionally hold and confirm accommodation and transfers as required.
• Assisting the client with any special requests for their holiday once a booking is confirmed – eg booking seats on flights, making restaurant and spa reservations
• Preparing and sending out confirmation packs, setting up client files and diarising tasks
• Monitoring outstanding payments on client’s accounts, taking credit card payments as requested and sending clients payment reminders.
• Collating client booking forms and maintaining the client’s details on the database; ensure any applicable and updated information is forward to suppliers and the flights department.
• Ensure clients are aware of current destination visa and passport requirements. Advise on these and maintain back office systems as applicable. To provide pre-departure support to the operations team
Sales Support and Concierge – What experience do I need?
Preferably you will have some experience of working in the travel industry ideally in the luxury field but we will also consider applications where candidates have experience of working with HNWIs.
You will need to be a great communicator with excellent written and spoken English – be numerate and computer literate with an agile approach to systems

This role is hybrid – 2 days a week in London – Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30 – Salary £28k - £30k depending on experience. The team are all very friendly and it’s a relaxed environment.
