Product Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a client who is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences across some of the world's most exciting destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves travel, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to play a key part in shaping product across Australasia, Canada & Alaska, Costa Rica, and Expedition Cruising.

Product Executive - what will I be doing?

• Acting as the link between the business and its suppliers, building trusted relationships and resolving queries quickly.
• Supporting colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, and operations with product knowledge and information.
• Negotiating competitive rates and terms, ensuring products are commercially strong.
• Monitoring the market to spot opportunities and keep the client ahead of competitors.
• Assisting with new destination development from research stage through to launch.
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows when required.

Product Executive - what experience do I need?

• Tour operator experience is essential, ideally with exposure to product.
• Knowledge of worldwide destinations such as Australasia, Canada/Alaska, Costa Rica, or Polar regions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator and negotiator, able to influence and build rapport.
• Problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with solid IT skills.
• Flexibility to travel for supplier meetings, training, or product inspections.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with time split between home working and the impressive and friendly offices in Dorking.
