They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take the lead on their South Korea programme. Product Manager - what will I be doing?
- Owning the South Korea product vision and driving growth across bookings, revenue and margin.
- Creating and launching distinctive new tours and experiences based on customer insight and market trends.
- Negotiating with suppliers and developing long-term relationships that deliver quality, value and reliability.
- Ensuring health & safety and sustainability are built into everything you create.
- Working closely with sales and marketing to give them the knowledge, tools and stories they need to convert interest into bookings.
- Leading and mentoring a small team, building an inclusive and supportive working culture.
Product Manager - what experience do I need?
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the travel industry - this is essential.
- A strong commercial mindset and confidence working with budgets, pricing and performance data.
- Skilled at supplier negotiations, with the ability to secure great rates and build trusted partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of South Korea as a destination and awareness of competitor activity.
- Strong communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally across product, sales and marketing.
- Creative and curious, able to develop unique itineraries that stand out in the market.
Product Manager - what else do I need to know?
Location: Based at the Bristol HQ, with hybrid or remote working available.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
