  • Booking flights (including private and commercial), hotels, ground transport, and rail for global travel
  • Managing travel disruptions and emergencies with practical, fast solutions
  • Issuing, reissuing, and recalculating international and domestic airfares
  • Providing a seamless continuation of service from the daytime travel team

  • Monitoring global events and offering relevant travel risk insights to senior management
  • Supporting quality control processes when call volumes allow

  • Proficiency in GDS platforms - Sabre
  • Strong international fares and ticketing knowledge, including CAT35 and negotiated fare deals
  • Experience issuing and amending complex itineraries
  • Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2 qualifications (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Excellent geographical knowledge and understanding of global travel logistics
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Calm, empathetic approach under pressure-especially during client emergencies
  • A proactive, flexible mindset with a drive to deliver top-tier service even in challenging situations
  • Awareness of global news and potential travel disruptions

After Hours Business Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?

This is a fully remote role with initial training in London. Competitive salary with benefits including:
