This large Travel Group are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join them in the role of an Out of Hours Travel Consultant role.

Out of Hours  Business Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?

The 24/7 Travel Consultant role is a customer focused position coordinating the accurate, timely and qualitative provision of a fully comprehensive travel service 24/7.

• You will be delivering timely provision of travel service outside of core office hours including weekends and bank holidays.

• You will provide support to travellers in urgent or emergency travel situations. 

 • Coordinate and book all travel reservations for any customer by email, telephone, or  technology products used by customers. 

• Complete handovers to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

• Action the Emergency Response Procedure when critical travel incidents occur.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?

• A proven track record of at least 2 years in travel consulting with a wide range of business travel customers.  Experience using Amadeus. 

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?

This is a 33 hour week worked across 4 days a week.  This includes a variety of shifts to include weekends, bank holidays and through the night on a rota basis.  Salary is up to £32250 pa plus benefits
