Customer Experience Executive - What will I be doing?
- This is a pivotal one within the Customer Experience team. This position involves overseeing bookings, collaborating closely with customers, and providing personalised service throughout the entire booking process.
- You will : Coordinate travel arrangements by liaising effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Demonstrate proactive initiative by seeking alternatives for any unavailable components in the customer's itinerary.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers during the quote/booking stages, ensuring a seamless transition to the Operations team.
- Offer support to customers with booking queries, additional services, and adjustments to travel plans.
Customer Experience Executive - What experience do I need?
- A proven track record in travel sales or operations, characterized by meticulous attention to detail.
- A zest for surpassing customer service expectations.
- A high degree of adaptability and flexibility, particularly in challenging situations or amid change.
- Proficiency in negotiation and the art of influencing.
- Strong command of Office365 tools.
- A keen focus on customer service, underscored by exceptional communication skills.
Customer Experience Executive - What else do I need to know?
This is a hybrid role - you will be 2 days a week in their amazing offices in Dorking. Monday to Friday 9 - 5 with some Saturdays. Holiday entitlement starting from 23 days and rising to 29 days based on tenure. A dedicated day for volunteering Access to the Simply Health Cash Plan. Opportunity for discounted staff travel.
