Senior Business Travel Consultant
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a market leader within the global corporate travel and event management arena, who is known for attracting, developing and retaining the most talented people within the industry.
Business Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?
As a professional and expert within your field, you will build strong client relationships so that you can fully understand their needs and provide an efficient and high-quality service that will help drive down their total cost of travel.
You will be working with high level finance accounts who require the utmost care in service and precision.Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?
It is essential that you have several years' experience as a Business Travel Consultant or Corporate Travel Consultant
Experience of calculating your own reissues and changes, working in liaison with the Ticketing Department
You will be a proactive thinker who provides a consultative approach to all travel requests, providing an end-to-end solution for all clients
Demonstrable experience of working in a highly pressurised environment and being able to adapt quickly to increases in travel request volumes
Minimum qualification level to Fares & Ticketing VAII
Fully conversant with one or all GDS systems; Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus
Fully conversant with Evolvi rail booking system
A commercially astute individual with superb communication and written skills and the desire to become a subject matter expert, whilst always demonstrating a high attention to detail and consistency
