Business Travel Consultant - Glasgow

This is a great role for an experienced Travel Consultant with flights experiece to join a team in a varied role where training will be given if necessary. Equally we welcome applications from experienced Corporate Travel Consultants.

Business Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?
 

• You will be working with customers requiring assistance in across a variety of travel services.
• The successful candidate will support customers with complex travel arrangements, using multiple technological platforms to save customers time and money and ensure travellers are supported throughout their journey.
• You will coordinate a fully comprehensive service including flights, accommodation, car hire, visa and travel restrictions support, and other land arrangements.
• You will build and maintain relationships with travel bookers through daily interaction by phone and email, as well as attending client meetings.

Business Travel Consultant - - What experience do I need?
 

• It is essential that you have booked flights before using a GDS
• Ideally you will have experience in business travel as a consultant
• Exceptional customer service skills

Business Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?

This is a hybrid role working 9 - 5, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You will be given all the training you need to support you and the team are professional, friendly and welcoming.
