This outstanding operator based in central London are hiring a further Senior Travel Consultant to sell their luxury exotic holidays to the public and the trade. They have a product that is out of this world and they need a world class consultant to join them in servicing their loyal and growing client base.

Luxury Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?

  • You will be working on a GDS system booking flights, hotels and land arrangements to the most discerning of clients. Nothing will be too much trouble and your knowledge will be second to none.
  • Selling trips to the a variety of destinations to include the Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Europe - you will be an absolute expert in these locations.

Luxury Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?

  • You must have sold luxury holidays to these destinations previously. Going the extra mile for a client will come naturally to you and you will thrive on delivering the best service possible.

Customer Retention Manager - What will I be doing?

Whilst the core part of the role is to oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the offshore retention teams, it also encompasses the development of improvement plans and feedback to the business to reduce assisted bookings, improve workflows and improve customer outcomes, as well as the overall customer experience. You will have strong commercial experience in an e-commerce environment, ideally within travel, and demonstrable experience of driving sales teams to meet demanding challenges and deadlines.

Customer Retention Manager - What experience do I need?

  • Significant experience in a sales and/or retention role
  • Proven track record of delivering against commercial KPI's in busy inbound/outbound contract centre environments
  • Experience of managing offshore retention teams, delivering to productivity and service level company targets and objectives
  • Strong planning and organisation skills and an ability to understand and engage with internal and external customers
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience of influencing and driving improvements
  • Experience of reporting trends in supplier performance and analysing against business objectives

Customer Retention Manager - What else do I need to know?
The post holder can be based anywhere in the UK although will be required to attend occasional meetings at the Head Office in London and overseas to visit outsourced partners. This position is challenging as well as rewarding and requires expertise, drive and a passion to succeed and make a significant impact. The role is Monday to Friday with occasional need to work outside of these hours when required.

This ambitious, independent travel business is entering into an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced Groups Flight Manager to join them. You can be based anywhere in the UK and work remotely.

Groups Flight Manager - What will I be doing ?

  • You will be the first point of contact for their corporate travel clients for all group flight bookings and will manage these relationships.
  • You will be putting together client proposals
  • You will be making group air bookings for between 25 - 250 people
  • there may be times where you have to travel with clients

Groups Flight Manager - What experience do I need ?

  • You must have experience of booking Groups flights on either Amadeus or Galileo
  • we are looking for an exceptional team player who works well collaboratively and gives outstanding service to the clients
  • You must be able to issue flight tickets
  • You are extremely IT savvy - you are competent in using the full range of Microsoft Office products (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word), online meeting tools (E.g., Teams and Slack) as well as web-based sharing tools (E.g., Google Docs)

This is a pivotal role working for a leading business in the Utilities sector where you will be coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure that their proposition for end users is delivered.

Programme Planner - What will I be doing

  • You will be actively engaged in coordinating activity with key customers and internal teams as this business leads the way to help customers roll-out Electric Vehicle charging points across the country, enabling progress towards net-zero
  • You will capture and record actions from customer and delivery meetings and exchanges
  • You will be comfortable handling high volumes of information/requests/questions and be able to keep track of latest status and who needs to be doing what
  • You will be able to be successful in a multi-disciplined team, with effective communication skills, problem solving skills You will be confident dealing with competing demands for time and attention
  • You will have supported the delivery of work where tight deadlines are the norm

Part Time Accountant
This is a permanent role working for a lovely local accountancy practice with a high volume of work on the tax return side. They are well established and are a very friendly team working in lovely offices in central Dorking. The role is hybrid.

Accountant - What will I be doing?

  • The majority of your time will be spent completing tax returns and accounts for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
  • There is also opportunity to prepare limited company accounts and corporation tax returns.
  • You will be regularly speaking with customers and HMRC to ensure a smooth efficient service.
  •  
  • This will be based in the Dorking office 2 days a week and 2 days remotely however initial training will require 5 days in the office

Accountant - What experience do I need?

  • You will be a qualified or part qualified accountant (or qualified by experience) - Experience of Xero is prefereable.
  • We will consider someone studying ATT
  • You must have experience of working in a practice completing self-assessment tax returns
  • You must be a great communicator as you will be regularly speaking to clients.

Accountant - What else do I need to know?
This role can be working flexible hours between 20 - 30 per week but must be carried out over a minimum of 4 days a week, with 2 of those being in the office in Dorking. The salary is dependent on experience, but the range is between £33 - £40k FTE
