  • Highly motivated, well-organised and able to provide outstanding customer service
  • Experience of working effectively within a team
  • Travel Industry experience (desirable)

These positions can be based anywhere in the UK, ideally Midland/North, you will need to visit the office 4-6 times a year for training and meetings - all equipment provided. Induction training will be a combination of onsite in the York area for up to 1-2 weeks and remote.

There'll be plenty of training offered, which will allow you to perfect your sales and customer service techniques, use reservations systems effectively, and enhance your general IT skills, so you'll always have the right tools to carry out the role to the best of your ability. The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and you'll be expected to work one Saturday a month. The offices are in a stunning remote location, so it is essential that you can drive.
