This wonderful tour operator who specialise in some incredible adventure style holidays are looking for someone to join their team as a Customer Support Consultant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the customers' experience is the best it can be.  Do you like supporting a sales team and sometimes jumping in to help? 


Customer Support Consultant - What will I be doing? 
You will be processing all web bookings on the administration side as well as helping customers on the live chat with any questions they may have. 
You will supporting the customers and your sales colleagues to ensure the bookings process runs smoothly and all details are accurate. 
You will also be involved in updating anything required by the Product Department. 
Everything will be handled with the utmost care for each client giving a flawless service. 

Customer Support Consultant - What experience do I need ? 
Ideally you will have worked in travel previously but if not then you must have experience of working in and administration / customer service role where prioritising and planning and multitasking were all prevalent. 
If you have travelled then great but this is not essential. 
You must be able to demonstrate your exceptional customer service skills and be a real team player. 

Customer Support Consultant - Additional Info 
The hours are across a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota  based on opening hours of 9am to 19:00pm Monday to Friday with One Saturday a month and one Sunday a month.
The pay is £23k - there is also a host of travel discounts for you and anyone travelling with you, private healthcare, pension and amazing offices t work from. This is a hybrid role wrking 2 days a week in the office but there is a chance that this role can be offered as a homeworking role if you live too far away to commute.
