Our Client, a reputable corporate travel company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Group & Events - Air Consultant to join their dynamic team. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional group air services and build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

Senior Group & Events - Air Consultant – What will I be doing ?
Managing corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rail, car hire, and other ancillary services efficiently through email and phone interactions.
Consistently delivering a top-quality service experience, aligned with the attributes of Our Client, to ensure clients receive the best travel services available and optimum value for money.
Maintaining an overall awareness of client accounts, promptly raising any concerns or issues to Team Leaders, Operations Director, and Account Managers within Our Client's team.
Handling and resolving client issues that may arise, such as itinerary amendments, schedule changes, or cancellations.

Senior Group & Events - Air Consultant – What experience do I need ?
Essential GDS Amadeus proficiency and Group Flights Booking experience .
Knowledge of complex fare routings.
Excellent geographical knowledge and personal travel experience.
Customer service-focused attitude.
Ticketing qualifications and experience working with VIP clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Senior Group & Events - Air Consultant
This is a Monday to Friday role in either their Kent office or London office – hybrid / remote will be considered once initial training of some weeks / months have been completed. Salary up to £40k depending on experience.
