Senior HR Advisor - Hybrid
The Health and Wellness market is booming, with consumers ever mindful of maintaining a healthy level of fitness and nutrition. As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll bring your passion for HR and a genuine interest in this market and use your experience and knowledge to support the work of the HR Department during this 8-month fixed term contract.
Senior HR Advisor - What will I be doing?
You’ll report to the Head of HR and be the first port of call for all HR aspects within the company. As a Generalist, your role will be varied, with involvement in areas such employee relations, performance management, disciplinaries and grievance processes, to name but a few. Attraction and retention will also play a major part of your day to day so you’ll bring talent management expertise as well as an innovative approach to recruitment and attracting the best talent. Whilst you’ll have the exciting opportunity to be a visible part within the HR function and voice your ideas, you’ll also manage the day-to-day aspects of health and safety and facilities management and of course have an open-door policy for all HR queries.
Senior HR Advisor - What experience do I need?- CIPD qualified
- Ideally you will have worked within an international environment
- Strong demonstrable experience as a Generalist
- ER and some experience of L&D, although this is not a training position
- Good working knowledge of employment law
- Experience using Workday will be a distinct advantage
- Experience of processing payroll and working with third party payroll providers
- Ability to use an HRIS including accessing, inputting, compiling, and reporting on data
- Diplomatic with excellent communication skills and an ability to push back when required
- Experience in writing and development of policies and procedures
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Package
- Results orientated, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent Written communication skills
