This Corporate Travel Consultant role is coordinating quality provision of a fully comprehensive travel service for one of the largest travel operations in the UK. They can offer a clear career path for leisure travel consultants who want to move into the Corporate market
Business Travel Consultant – What will I be doing ?
You will use a variety of communication methods and technologies to provide guidance and support to clients to ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day travel requirements.
You will support customers with complex travel arrangements, utilising multiple technological platforms to save customers time and money and ensure travellers are supported throughout their journey
Business Travel Consultant – What experience do I need ?
Proven track record of more than one year in business travel management operations is ideal. Alternatively if you have booked leisure travel using a GDS we are keen to hear from you. You must have exceptional customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
Business Travel Consultant – What else do I need to know?
This is a role that is based in the Glasgow office 3 days a week and 2 from home. The hours are Monday to Friday core hours and the company offers a fantastic working atmosphere, excellent ongoing training and career progression and further benefits. This is a lovely team to be part of.
