Training Manager - Travel Industry - Aberdeen - £34,000 - 6-9 mth FTC
This established travel company are looking for a Training Manager to help build for the future growth of the business and dramatically support the business with in-house business travel training requirements. This role is a 6-9 month fixed term contract.
Training Manager - Responsibilities:
- Analyse group and individual training needs and meeting with the management team to agree training priorities.
- Design and deliver individual and group training.
- Undertake 1-1 competency assessments for new starters during the induction period.
- Deliver induction training to all new business travel starters and train on GDS.
- Prepare training documents and reference guides and evaluate training material.
Training Manager Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a Travel Trainer, Sales Trainer, Team Leader or Senior Business Travel Consultant within the travel industry
- Experience with training design and delivery
- Excellent knowledge of GDS
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring
Training Manager additional information
Hours for this role are 5 days per week with core hours flexible, upon successful completion of the 6-9 month contract a four figure bonus will be paid. Office based in Aberdeen.
