Account Executive – Luxury Travel
Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing company in the luxury end of the travel industry. Account Executive – What will I be doing ?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our client's Business Development team. As a key member of the sales organisation, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, engaging prospects, and driving the adoption of the platform. Collaborating closely with the Head of Business Development, you will focus on expanding the company's presence in Europe by identifying and signing top Property Managers, ensuring their successful onboarding, and optimising their accounts for maximum performance.
In this role, you will proactively prospect and negotiate with potential clients, qualify leads, and facilitate the acquisition of new property managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with their host community, providing support and guidance to help them optimize their listings and generate more bookings from guests.
Responsibilities:
•            Take ownership of supply and revenue targets, driving sales and meeting acquisition goals
•            Utilise various sales methods, including calls, meetings, emails, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value proposition and secure new clients
•            Understand customer needs and build long-lasting, productive relationships
•            Expand and maintain the client database, researching accounts and generating sales leads
•            Develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure a positive return on investment
•            Provide regular reporting and feedback to management on sales activities and progress
•            Maintain accurate client records, track contract updates and renewals
•            Identify areas of improvement within existing client relationships and drive new business opportunities

Account Executive – What experience do I need ?
•            It is essential that you have sales and account management experience within the travel industry where you have been working in a B2B environment ideally within the accommodation booking industry.
•            Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred)
•            B2B or enterprise sales experience (preferred)
•            Strong passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets
•            Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•            Highly adaptable and flexible, able to navigate a dynamic business landscape
•            Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•            Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
•            Technically adept, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•            Innovative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and growth
•            A builder and visionary, driven to contribute to the success of a leading travel brand
 
Account Executive – What else do I need to know?
