This independent Corporate Travel Management Business have an exciting opening due to growth for a travel technology savvy support specialist.

Travel Tech 1^st Line Support – What will I Be doing?

• The support you will provide covers their key technologies providing front end user support, and backend configurations. Using a helpdesk you will trouble shoot, gather information, make support cases with 3rd party suppliers.
• Resolve queries quickly in the helpdesk for their staff or clients or pass to 3rd party and oversee the outcome.
•  Liaise with their 3rd party suppliers, raising tickets with them, ensuring adherence to SLAs and the correct outcomes.
• You will also work with the wider team on projects where technology solutions are required and to support on implementation of new technology.

Travel Tech 1^st Line Support – What experience do I need?

• You will need to be familiar with Travel Technology – namely Galileo and / or Amadeus / Concur
• You will have either worked in a help desk function previously within the travel industry or will be the go-to person in your team that is know for sorting out the tech issues within the booking systems.
• Perhaps you are a Business Travel Consultant but want to move more into the travel technology side?
• You must be a great communicator and problem solver.

Travel Tech 1^st Line Support – What Else do I need to know?
This role is based either in the office in central London or Kent full time with a possibility for a day a week from home. The salary is c£27 - £29k pa and the team are ambitious, friendly, fun, and professional.  You will really feel like you are making a difference and there will be opportunities for you to progress.
