We're recruiting for a highly respected specialist tour operator that creates tailor-made cycling holidays for customers looking to discover destinations at a slower pace.
Think vineyard trails in France, quiet coastal routes in Croatia, picturesque villages in Italy and unforgettable journeys through some of Europe's most beautiful landscapes.
Every holiday is tailor-made and every client speaks to a knowledgeable consultant who helps build the perfect itinerary from scratch.
Travel Consultant - Cycling Holidays - What will I be doing?
This is a varied role where you'll manage each booking from start to finish.
You'll:
- Speak with customers to understand exactly what they're looking for.
- Recommend destinations and itineraries.
- Create bespoke holiday quotations.
- Confirm bookings.
- Liaise directly with suppliers.
- Manage every aspect of the booking until departure.

Travel Consultant - Cycling Holidays - What experience do I need ?
We're far more interested in attitude than previous cycling travel experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves travelling.
- Is passionate about cycling or the outdoors.
- Has explored Europe independently.
- Is naturally curious.
- Enjoys talking to people.
- Has previous sales or exceptional customer service experience.
- Has a consultative, relationship-led approach.
You may have travelled extensively through Europe, been interrailing, completed cycling holidays yourself or simply love active travel and helping people create memorable experiences.
