Business Travel Consultant – What will I be doing ?- You will be working from their fabulous London office with the best team, technology and training to provide exceptional levels of service to travellers and travel bookers.You will be working on one financial account
- You will be focused on building these relationships whilst providing a ‘high-touch’ service that saves clients time and drives down their total cost of travel.
- Service is everything here so everything will be tailored to each client’s specific need.
- You will be delivering cost effective solutions across all aspects of travel as well as advising on relevant Passport and Visa requirements
Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?
- It is essential that you have experience in a Business Travel Consultant role with exceptional levels of customer service.
- We are particularly keen to speak to people who have worked on Business Travel Accounts in Finance
- You must be proficient in either Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus as well as have Fares and Ticketing qualifications
- You will be managing your own ticket issuance for both air and Eurostar
- This pace is fast and you must be comfortable working under pressure.
- We are looking for team players who really care about what they do and put the customer at the heart of everything.
Business Travel Consultant – What else do I need to know?
This is a full-time role working from the London office in a hybrid capacity. The opening hours are from 8.30-6.00 - it is a standard 37.5 hour working week so 3 shift patterns 0830-1700/0900-1730/0930-1800.
