We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Corporate Travel business who are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Travel Office Manager to lead their busy operations team based in Hampshire.
This is a genuinely important hire for the business and would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of an operation - leading from the front, supporting a team, improving processes and ensuring high service standards are maintained across the department.
The business is currently experiencing stable growth, onboarding new corporate accounts and reviewing new technology and systems, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accountability and operational leadership.
This is an office-based role, working five days a week in Hampshire
Corporate Travel Office Manager - What will I be doing?
* Managing and supporting a team of 11 Corporate Travel Consultants
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Corporate Travel department
* Monitoring workloads, service levels and turnaround times
* Acting as the main escalation point for operational or client issues
* Supporting onboarding and implementation of new corporate clients
* Working closely with Sales, Account Management and IT teams
* Driving operational improvements, efficiencies and stronger team performance
* Stepping into the operation where needed during busy periods
* Supporting the business through future systems implementation projectsCorporate Travel Office Manager - What experience do I need?
* Strong Corporate Travel experience is essential
* Previous team management, supervisory or operational leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of corporate travel workflows, bookings and service delivery
* GDS knowledge including Galileo and/or Amadeus
* Experience managing escalations and client service issues
* A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a team
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational efficiency
* Experience with client onboarding or implementation projects would be highly desirable
* Experience with Atriis would be advantageous but is not essentialCorporate Travel Office Manager - What else do I need to know?
