Project Manager – Corporate Travel – Financial Project 6 – 12 months
This is a newly created role with a prestigious Travel and Event Management company to assist them on a specific project where a high-profile client is changing banking provider. This role will also help the client’s monthly reconciliation process.
Project Manager – What will I be doing.
The purpose of this role will be managing the transition of their banking provider which will affect their current form of payment set up.
You will spend time learning the payment process for both banks and the working procedure of the client and will then implement the new process.
You will meet with key stakeholders and management to identify project requirements and delivery timelines.
You will develop a detailed project plan, identify and assign key project tasks and monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery.
Project Manager – what experience do I need?
Ideally you will have some Corporate Travel Industry experience operationally together with a financial knowledge.
You will have experience of global implementation projects.
Project Management experience is essential.
Expert knowledge or evidenced experience in analysing requirements and business processes
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Desired knowledge and experience of a project methodology such as Agile, Waterfall
Project Manager – What else do I need to know?
You will be based in the office 2 days a week and from home 3 days a week. The office is in Central London. The core business hours are 9 – 5.30. This is an initial 6-month project fixed term contract with the possibility of it running for a further 6 months.
