Full-time with some evening and weekend shifts on a rota

This is a brilliant opportunity for a bilingual French and English speaker to join a growing travel-focused business that specialises in exceptional holiday properties. Our client is looking for a Guest Support Consultant who enjoys helping people, solving problems and guiding customers through the booking journey. You'll play a key role in ensuring guests receive prompt, helpful responses while helping turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Guest Support Consultant - What will I be doing?

In this role you'll be supporting guests from their first enquiry through to booking, ensuring they have the information they need to make the right choice.

• Responding to guest questions via chat, messaging platforms, email and phone
• Helping guests find the right property for their stay by providing tailored recommendations
• Supporting the booking process and encouraging enquiry-to-booking conversion
• Assisting with guest queries and resolving straightforward issues
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure guests receive fast and consistent support

Guest Support Consultant - What experience do I need?

• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role
• Strong written communication skills and a professional approach
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using digital tools, messaging platforms and online systems
• A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in delivering a great guest experience
