Venue Sourcing Consultant
We are working with one of the most prestigious global travel management businesses in the UK. They have an opening for a Venue Sourcing Consultant to join one their teams who service a high-profile finance account.
Venue Sourcing Consultant - What will I be doing?- You will be providing a high level of service within a dedicated team to deliver all the venue find requirements within the UK and Europe.
- You will be providing the best-in-class market knowledge of meeting facilities and providers.
- You will be preparing client proposals.
- You will be updating the inhouse system with all details of the brief /proposal/booking.
- You will deal with all the financial management of events including supplier payments and raising invoices
Venue Sourcing Consultant – What experience do I need?
IT is essential that you have worked in a similar role as a venue sourcer / venue finder within the corporate travel market.
You will need to have experience using the system Cvent.
IT is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, are articulate and have incredible attention to detail.
A good knowledge of established, reputable and new and upcoming London restaurants would be helpful.
Venue Sourcing Consultant – What else do I need to know?
You will be working a hybrid model with 2 days a week in the office in central London and 3 days a week from home. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5, 9-5.30, 9.30 – 6. There is a great benefits package to include private healthcare, annual bonus and the salary is between £28k - £32k depending on experience.
