Our client is looking for a Guest Support Consultant who enjoys helping people, solving problems and guiding customers through the booking journey. You'll play a key role in ensuring guests receive prompt, helpful responses while helping turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Guest Support Consultant - What will I be doing?
In this role you'll be supporting guests from their first enquiry through to booking, ensuring they have the information they need to make the right choice.
- Responding to guest questions via chat, messaging platforms, email and phone
- Helping guests find the right property for their stay by providing tailored recommendations
- Supporting the booking process and encouraging enquiry-to-booking conversion
- Assisting with guest queries and resolving straightforward issues
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure guests receive fast and consistent support
Guest Support Consultant - What experience do I need?
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role
- Strong written communication skills and a professional approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using digital tools, messaging platforms and online systems
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in delivering a great guest experience
