Operations Associate – Luxury Travel Brand 

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join an incredible luxury travel brand that are having a huge impact on the private homes market. They supply branded villas, chalets and mansions in outstanding locations around the world providing the most discerning of clients exceptional stays. This role is key to the success of these stays as they support the many parts of the business that ensure the homes are maintained to the highest level and that everything is in line with clients’ expectations. 

Operations Associate - What will I be doing ?

• This is a highly administrative role which involves working across several systems to include excel to ensure all checklists are updated in respect of Property Information, Health and Safety and Inventory.
• You will be in constant contact with key team members across a range of departments from sales, marketing and Property Managers / Regional Managers through to the owners of properties and owners of the business, to ensure you are informed of what needs to happen for each stay.
• You will often be taking notes and sending action requests to appropriate members after calls.
• You will sometimes get the opportunity to travel to the homes and see these incredible properties for yourself.  

Operations Associate – What Experience Do I need?

• It is essential that you have worked in either the travel industry Travel or Hotel Operations previously and are used to working in a fast paced environment.
• You will be a problem solver with a proactive approach and a real multi tasker.
• You will be tech savvy and agile on excel
• We are looking for a graduate with  experience of working in a similar role with a luxury brand. Fluency in French or Spanish would be desirable but not essential.

Operations Associate - What else do I need to know? 

This brand are growing  - still a start up culture but with some years behind them they can offer exceptional opportunities to grow Salary will depend on experience but within the range of £30k - £40k. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30. You can be based anywhere in the UK but London would be ideal with 2 days ideally spent in the office in central London.
