This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Finance to join a thriving Tour Operator in the travel industry. Specialising in the luxury end of the market this role provides a comprehensive financial support service to the CEO, Shareholders and Commercial Management team to run a profitable and growing business.

Head of Finance - What will I be doing ?
With CFO, Develop multi-year business plans and budgets comprising Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Capital Expenditure and Cash Flow statements.
You will be managing a team of 4
Report on financial achievements versus business plans on a monthly basis
You will ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the CAA, IATA and ABTA.
Monitor and Review the production of Statutory Accounts and liaise with the external Auditors.
Develop and monitor multiple currency hedging strategies
Monitor cashflow patterns and optimise financial returns from surplus bank balances
Control all statutory requirements, taxation, audit, legal affairs regarding operations, premises and structure to ensure legal compliance and smooth running of operations.· Prepare legal returns (VAT, PAYE, National Insurance), liaising with legal bodies
Oversee and approve monthly payroll

Head of Finance - What experience do I need?
We are looking for ACCA/CIMA or similar Accounting qualification and proven experience as a Head of Finance or Senior Accountant
Substantial experience of management and financial accounts within the Travel Industry - ideally within Tour Operating where there has been experience of regulatory compliance
Good communication, organising and influencing skills
Excellent IT skills
Proven man-management ability
Excellent budgetary and forecasting skills
We are looking for a self-starter, highly motivated and innovative, with energy and initiative and great presentation skills

This role is hybrid - with 2 days in the London office and 3 days from home. There is a competitive salary plus private healthcare, pension and 25 days holiday.
