We're recruiting on behalf of an award-winning luxury tour operator who are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their European portfolio with a focus on luxury beach holidays.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the detail and creativity of product development - someone who enjoys negotiating great deals, curating exceptional luxury hotels, and shaping experiences that customers fall in love with.
You'll join a close-knit, respected team known for quality, integrity and first-hand destination knowledge.
Product Manager - what will I be doing?
- Developing and delivering a portfolio of luxury European holiday products that excite and inspire customers
- Building strong supplier partnerships and negotiating exceptional commercial terms and exclusive offers
- Working closely with marketing and commercial teams to ensure every product feels authentic, profitable and on-brand
- Managing and motivating a Product Executive, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement
- Analysing performance data, customer feedback and market trends to guide future strategy
- Overseeing content across brochure and digital channels, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's premium positioning
- Representing the business at industry events and supplier meetings
Product Manager - what experience do I need?
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a tour operator, ideally focused on European and/or luxury beach destinations
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical, organised and confident managing budgets and supplier performance
- Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A genuine passion for luxury travel and creating experiences that feel special
- Comfortable working in a hybrid London environment, combining office and remote days
