This award-winning travel management company is in an exciting phase of growth and transformation. With a clear vision and strong leadership, they're now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to take ownership of new client acquisition and play a key role in delivering ambitious commercial goals.
You'll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that combines high-touch service with smart technology - and your work will directly shape how the business grows and succeeds in the UK market.
Sales Manager - what will I be doing?- Taking ownership of the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification through to closing and onboarding new clients.
- Building and executing targeted go-to-market plans that support the company's wider growth strategy.
- Using CRM tools and analytics to forecast accurately, monitor performance, and identify new opportunities.
- Representing the business externally through networking, events, and partnership development.
- Working closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
- Providing market feedback and insight to support commercial strategy and continuous improvement.
Sales Manager - what experience do I need?
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within a TMC, travel-tech, or service-led business.
- Strong track record in winning new business and achieving growth targets.
- Commercially astute and confident using data to inform decisions and forecast performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and driven to make a tangible impact in a scaling business.
