This travel business is unique, from their product, to their ethos, to the way they look after their team. They currently have an opening for  an experienced travel professional who ideally has worked for a discerning tour operator previously.
 
Travel Consultant - What will I be doing? 

• Your primary role is to sell specialist tours directly to the public and agents. 
• You are the first point of contact for the business. 
• You will be delivering the highest possible level of service at all times
• You will be using your product knowledge to cross sell products
• You will process amendments and deal with any issues.
• You will be supporting the rest of the team with its administration
•  

Travel Consultant - What experience will I need ? 

• It is essential that you have worked in the travel industry selling holidays ideally for a luxury tour operator or cruise operator 
• It is essential that you are passionate about giving the customer the best possible level of service - this is not a high pressure sales environment. You will be selling to loyal customers and your product knowledge and excellent customer service skills will close the sale.

Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know? 
You will be working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 with Saturdays on a rota basis
Excellent annual leave.  You will have your training in the office and will most probably be working a mix of home based and office based but should be commutable to central London.
