Marketing Manager - shape how a growing travel brand connects, communicates, and inspires
This established, fast-growing travel management company is entering a new chapter of ambitious growth. They're now looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to bring their story to life - inside the business and out in the market.
This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the CEO and Commercial Director, with support from a wider global marketing team. You'll lead all aspects of UK marketing - from internal communications and culture building to brand visibility, PR, and sales enablement.
It's a role for someone who loves variety, collaboration, and making things happen.
Marketing Manager - what will I be doing?- Developing and delivering a UK marketing plan that strengthens brand visibility and consistency.
- Leading internal communications that connect teams, celebrate success, and bring company values to life.
- Creating engaging content, campaigns, and social activity that showcase the brand's story across the business travel sector.
- Supporting sales and account management teams with impactful collateral, presentations, and events.
- Managing PR, partnerships, and client events that build recognition and reputation.
- Collaborating with global colleagues to ensure UK marketing activity aligns with global strategy.
Marketing Manager - what experience do I need?
- Experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within travel, hospitality, or professional services.
- Confident planning and delivering B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Skilled storyteller, able to turn strategy into clear, engaging communication.
- Hands-on with content creation, social media, and event delivery.
- Organised, collaborative, and comfortable working with senior leaders and international teams.
- Naturally curious and creative, with an eye for brand consistency and detail.
