Commercial Director - what will I be doing?
- Setting and executing the UK commercial strategy focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
- Leading four integrated teams - Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Business Intelligence - ensuring they work in harmony to achieve ambitious goals.
- Using data and insight to forecast, plan, and identify new market opportunities.
- Representing the business externally with clients, partners, and at key industry events.
- Building capability, performance frameworks, and a culture of accountability and success.
- Driving innovation through smarter use of technology, pricing, and market intelligence.
Commercial Director - what experience do I need?
- Proven success in senior commercial leadership within a TMC, or travel technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver growth through strategic planning, client development, and partnerships.
- Confident using data and analytics to guide decisions and measure success.
