We’re recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, fast-growing travel brand for an experienced Partnerships or Account Manager to join their aviation team in Spain.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong airline, airport, or ground operations experience — or a background in B2B account management or service delivery within aviation or ground transport.
The role is hybrid, ideally based around Barcelona, though other locations across Spain (including the Balearics or Canary Islands) will be considered.
Partnerships Manager / Account Manager – what will I be doing?
- You’ll be the main contact for key airline and aviation partners, building strong commercial relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of airline and airport clients
- Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and improve margins
- Support operational teams to deliver first-class service and customer satisfaction
- Develop account plans for both short- and long-term growth
- Lead contract renewals and negotiate extensions
- Provide insights and data-led recommendations to clients
- Act as a point of escalation for partnership issues, attending meetings and developing action plans
- Work collaboratively with internal sales and project teams to onboard new clients successfully
Partnerships Manager / Account Manager – what experience do I need?
- At least 5 years’ experience in airline, airport, or ground operations, or in B2B aviation/ground transport account management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confident, proactive and collaborative with a customer-first mindset
- Analytical, with good Excel skills for reporting and trend analysis
- Fluent English and Spanish are essential
Partnerships Manager / Account Manager – what else do I need to know?
Hybrid role – ideally based near Barcelona, with travel across Spain
Salary: up to €55,000 + 20% personal bonus + annual company bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
