They are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their Southeast Asia programme. Covering Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia (including Borneo) and Singapore, this is a rare chance to help shape some of the most inspiring and meaningful travel experiences in the region. You'll be driving innovation, building partnerships, and leading a team to deliver unique journeys that delight travellers and fuel ambitious growth plans.
Product Manager - what will I be doing?
- Leading the product vision for Southeast Asia and ensuring it delivers commercial results.
- Designing and launching new tours and experiences that stand out from the competition.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships, securing the best value while safeguarding quality.
- Making sure health & safety and sustainability standards run through everything you create.
- Equipping sales and marketing with the tools, knowledge, and stories that help bring the product to life.
- Managing and motivating a small team, creating a collaborative culture where people can thrive.
Product Manager - what experience do I need?
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in the travel industry - this is essential for the role.
- A strong head for numbers and confident in using data to spot opportunities and improve performance.
- Skilled in supplier negotiation, with a track record of securing rates and building long-term partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of Southeast Asia as a destination, along with awareness of market trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across sales, marketing and operations.
- Creativity and flair for developing unique product ideas that excite customers.
Product Manager - what else do I need to know?
Location: Based in Bristol HQ, with hybrid or remote working available depending on your situation.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
