They need an experienced Flight Consultant to support their customers and teams with flight itineraries and the administration behind it. 

Flight Sales Consultant - What will I be doing? 

• Your main role is to book flights for customers and to help the sales team with complex flight itineraries
• You will be managing PNRs within the GDS including queue management and ticketing
• You will be handling reissues, refunds and shceduled changes 

Flight Consultant - What experience do I need? 

• You must have experience of booking flights on a GDS recently
• You will have a good understanding of published and net fares including fare rules
• It's essential that you have excellent customer service skills and are a real team player.

Flight Consultant - Additional Info

This is a Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 role with one in three Saturdays . This role can be based remotely anywhere in the UK or as a hybrid role in their fabulous offices in Hampshire.
