Luxury Chalet Specialist - What will I be doing?

You'll be working with some of the most beautiful and exclusive properties in the world, primarily in the Alps, selling bespoke luxury holidays to a discerning, global clientele.

As part of a small, dynamic, and fast-growing team, you'll respond to client enquiries and create tailor-made holiday experiences, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned to exceed guest expectations.

Luxury Chalet Specialist - What experience do I need?

Previous experience selling luxury ski holidays is essential.

Strong knowledge of premium ski resorts and high-end chalet accommodation, particularly across the Alps.

You'll ideally be a skier with first-hand resort experience and a passion for luxury travel.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to build trusted relationships with clients through outstanding communication and care.

Luxury Chalet Specialist - What else do I need to know?

This is a full-time, office-based role in London, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.

During the winter season, occasional weekend work may be required (with time off in lieu).

Salary: £30,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonuses and lots of fun incentives (individual and team).
