With a growing client base in the US, they're now looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, close luxury sales, and craft exceptional trips with care and attention.
Luxury Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?- You'll be working closely with a high-end travel advisor network, helping plan and book bespoke holidays to some of the world's most beautiful destinations-especially Mexico and the Caribbean, but also the likes of Hawaii, the South Pacific, and the Indian Ocean.
- Every enquiry is qualified-so you'll spend your time selling, not chasing. You'll be expected to deliver impeccable service from start to finish, guiding clients through every step of the journey, and making sure no detail is overlooked. You'll also get the opportunity to travel yourself and build firsthand knowledge of the properties you're recommending.
Luxury Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?
- Proven experience selling luxury holidays to the Caribbean and Mexico (essential)
- Familiarity with destinations such as Hawaii, the South Pacific, and the Indian Ocean
- A solid understanding of what high-end customers and travel advisors expect
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to juggle tasks, stay calm under pressure and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sabre experience is a bonus-but not essential
- Spanish or other language skills are a nice extra, too
What else do I need to know?
You will be joining a fabulous team who are highly thought of in the industry. The salary is excellent, with a generous bonus structure. This is a remote role-you can be based anywhere in the UK. Hours are Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm, to support US-based clients.
