We are recruiting on behalf of a client, a growing specialist in ski holidays with a reputation for outstanding service and carefully tailored trips. They are expanding their sales team and are looking for a Sales Executive who can turn enquiries into bookings, nurture relationships, and share their passion for the mountains. Sales Executive - what will I be doing?
- Responding to holiday enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings
- Creating tailored ski holiday options for families, groups, corporate travellers, and luxury guests
- Developing new leads and building long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiating with warmth and professionalism to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintaining accurate client information and ensuring clear communication across the team
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences from start to finish
Sales Executive - what experience do I need?
- A proven background in sales, with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Passion for skiing and knowledge of the Alps, ideally with chalet experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using Excel, CRM systems, and other sales tools
- Organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple enquiries
- Travel industry experience is desirable, though not essential
Sales Executive - what else do I need to know?
Base salary plus commission, with realistic OTE of £40,000 - £70,000 depending on performance
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, plus one Saturday a month (with a day off in lieu)
Hybrid role - 2-3 days per week in the North London office, with the rest remote
Opportunities to visit the Alps for training and on-the-mountain time twice a year
