Senior Property Manager
This small Property Management Business are looking for an experienced Property Manager to work closely with the Owner to manage their small friendly team and to manage their clients.
Senior Property Manager - What will I be doing ?- Client Liaison and Management and the management of a small team
- Liaising with Resident Directors, Freeholders, Leaseholders and Tenants on a wide manner of queries and issues
- Audits of managed buildings and common parts
- Overseeing Section 20 Consultations, notices and works where required
- Overseeing instruction of reports and implementing Fire, Health & Legislation recommendations
- Assessment and interpretation of leases
- Managing of service charges and budgets
- Record creating and keeping
- Sourcing and liaising with contractors
- Overseeing handovers from outgoing Managing Agents
- Attending site meetings, introductory meetings and pitch meetings which may be outside normal office hours
Senior Property Manager - What experience do I need ?
It is essential that you have experience of working as a Property Manager previously on Block Management. Ideally you will have experience of managing a team before.
This is a small business where everyone gets stuck in when they need to - no job too small so you must be happy to work in an environment like this which is supportive and friendly.We are looking for someone who has outstanding customer service skills and is highly attentive and understands the need to go above and beyond keeping the customer at the heart of what they do.
Senior Property Manager - What else do I need to know?
- This role is office based in Dorking, 40 hours over 5 days per week, M-F. Core hours 9.30-5.30 (except when early morning / evening meetings are expected) The salary is competitive and there is onsite parking.
