What will I be doing?
You'll be part of a specialist team providing urgent travel solutions for individuals who need to get home following medical emergencies abroad. Working through the night, you'll manage time-sensitive cases, arranging flights, accommodation, and transfers for repatriation journeys across the globe.

This role is all about acting quickly, calmly, and with care. From the first point of contact to final booking, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll liaise with global partners, work closely with colleagues during handovers, and play a vital part in helping people in difficult and distressing situations.

What experience do I need?

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the travel industry
• Confident using GDS systems - ideally Galileo or Amadeus
• Perhaps you have worked booking flights before or in Business Travel or as a Travel Consultant selling holidays
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• The ability to think clearly and logically under pressure
• A calm, professional manner and a compassionate approach
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Experience working night shifts is helpful but not essential

What else do I need to know?
You'll begin with full training, based in the Petersfield office, typically over two weeks of day shifts. Once training is complete, you'll move into night shifts and have the option to work from home, with ongoing support from a highly experienced team.

Night shift patterns:

Monday to Friday: 22:00 - 08:00

Saturday & Sunday: 21:00 - 08:00

This role is ideally full-time (averaging 40 hours per week), but part-time applications are welcomed if you bring the right blend of experience, flexibility, and commitment. You'll also need to be available to cover night shifts during holiday periods.
